do not know what to do with them.
Extensive
philatelic use extending several years to the Republic era.
How many have
you seen used properly? I asked David Chiong
the same question,
he being a postal card fanatic and he had
to look up
in the ceiling for the answer.
This is a card
that almost everyone pays little attention to.
